We invite you to the Final Workshop of the SMARTSHIP project!
SmartShip is an EU, Marie Skłodowska-Curie project, aiming to offer a multi-layer optimization in the fields of fuel consumption, energy efficiency and emissions control management, in full respect to the implementation of the requirements of maritime sector regulations and taking into account applications of circular economy concepts in the maritime as well.
As the project comes to its closure after almost 5 years, the partners organizing the final workshop, a training session which will take place in Athens on the 28th of March 2024. The event will be hosted by our partner ITML on its premises, to gather partners due to the final touch of the project. The event will be held also in a hybrid nature, to attract participants from other organisations focused on the Maritime industry.
We are glad to have with us the HS4U EU project; while a session will be dedicated to them to share their project insights. HS4U is a cross-national 3-year long Research and Innovation Action programme, that aims to develop and demonstrate holistic solutions that will facilitate the early detection, prevention, mitigation, and management of large passenger and cruise ships ensuring healthy ship operations.
